Principal Purpose: To assist the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center (USAHEC) to collect and maintain a registered re-enactor list.
Routine Use: Facilitate contact with re-enactor organization concerning USAHEC event participation by such organizations.
Disclosure: Voluntary. However, if registrants fail to supply any of the requested information, it could seriously impair USAHEC's ability to schedule the registrant in upcoming events.
