The International Fellows Program at the US Army War College

Welcome to the homepage of the International Fellows Program of the United States Army War College (USAWC) located in historical Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Each year approximately 50 senior military officers from 50 different countries are extended an invitation from the Chief of Staff of the United States Army to attend the

  • To offer an opportunity for senior military officers from allied and friendly countries to study, research, and write on subjects of significance to the security interests of their own and allied nations.
  • To extend and deepen the professional qualifications of military leaders of other nations.
  • To enrich the educational environment of the USAWC.
