Parameters issues are available online following their initial printing. If you would like to be notified when the latest issue is available, send an e-mail to Parameters from the account that you would like the publishing announcement sent. In the Subject line,
type "Subscribe."
To unsubscribe, send an e-mail with "Unsubscribe" in the Subject line from the same account.

Gratis Subscriptions
Who is eligible for a gratis subscription?
Official distribution of Parameters is limited to:
  • Graduates of the US Army War College until they retire. USAWC graduates may continue to receive a gratis subscription following retirement if they remain employed by the federal government.

  • Certain military units, libraries, embassies, and other organizations. Contact Parameters for more information.

  • National Security Seminar members up to 2 years following their attendance.

  • Authors and reviewers who have contributed to the journal up to 2 years following publication of their work.
I am eligible for a gratis subscription but have not been receiving the journal.
Contact Parameters's editorial office and provide your name, mailing address, e-mail or phone number, and the eligibility criteria you meet.
I moved or was promoted. How do I change my gratis subscription?

Paid Subscriptions
How do I obtain a subscription if I am ineligible for a gratis one?
You may purchase a subscription through the Government Printing Office (GPO). Subscriptions cost $26.00 for domestic or APO mailing addresses and $36.40 for international mailing addresses. Click to purchase a subscription online through the GPO bookstore or go to "Submitting an Order" to place an order by phone, fax, or mail.
How do I make a change to my current paid subscription?
