Reader Commentaries
Parameters invites readers to send a Commentary on one of our current or recent articles. Please limit your Commentary to not more than 1,000 words. We will consider publishing your Commentary in a future issue, but not all reader Commentaries received will be published. If accepted for publication, reader Commentaries will be followed by a Reply from the author if he or she chooses to make one. We reserve the right to edit reader Commentaries for conformance to our style and space constraints. Ad hominem attacks, of course, are not accepted. We also welcome general comments, not for publication, about Parameters and Parameters Online. E-mail your Commentary to CARL_Parameters@conus.army.mil.
