SUMMARY

Due to the rapid expansion of information technologies and the ready availability of communication methods, all military operations, across the spectrum of conflict, depend heavily on the proper distribution of information to support mission success. Dennis Murphy is Director of the Information in Warfare Group at the Center for Strategic Leadership, where he teaches information operations and strategic communication elective courses and conducts workshops focused on the information element of power.
