SUMMARY

The Serbian Armed Forces requested that the Commander, U.S. European Command provide a Traveling Contact Team to conduct a workshop on a crisis action planning (CAP) process designed to address manmade or natural disasters. In support of EUCOM, the US Army War College provided the TCT and conducted a workshop for the Serbian Armed Forces in the fall of 2010.

This short CSL Issue Paper describes the conduct and results of that effort.
