Senior Citizen's Holiday Social
Welcome to the Senior Citizen's Holiday Social Volunteer sign up form. This event is a wonderful contribution from Carlisle Barracks to the local community's senior citizens in retirement homes. Over the past 50 plus years, this event has become a local tradition bringing holiday cheer to many fantastic residents. With your tremendous support, the event will continue being a success.
This event will occur on Thursday, 8 December 2011 at the LeTort View Community Center (LVCC). Volunteers work from approximately 1200 to 1530 hours each day, with the arrival of guests at 1230 hours and their departure at 1500 hours.
Holiday Social Video
Only with volunteer effort can we conduct this event. We need the following:
- Escorts: 125 escorts.
- Cookies: We need at least 350 dozen cookies.
- Entertainment: We need 6-8 acts. Singers, musicians, comedians, dancers, etc., or type of entertainment our guests would enjoy.
To volunteer, please complete the online or hard copy Volunteer Sign-Up Form by 19 November 2011.
